Before you pick a page

Modern Remodeling has done several projects for us. All work has been stellar and the communication is excellent!

Daniel M., on Thumbtack
Do you take on small jobs or only full remodels?

Both. A vanity swap, a new set of stairs or a single room gets the same walkthrough and the same written scope as a whole-house job. Steve will tell you straight if it is work we should take on.

Which service page is mine if my project covers several?

Start with the page closest to the biggest part of the job. Most projects touch more than one trade, and the written scope covers all of it in one place.

Who runs the job day to day?

Steve Murphy, the owner. He holds an unrestricted Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License and is the person you call.

Do you handle permits?

Work that needs a permit gets one, through your town's building department, with the inspections the code requires. You are told when an inspection is coming.

How far do you travel?

About a hundred miles from Raynham: the South Coast, the South Shore, Boston and the towns around it, Worcester County, the North Shore and the Cape and Islands.

Talk it through with Steve

Monday to Friday 7 to 5, Saturday 8 to noon. Based in Raynham and working within about a hundred miles of it. See finished rooms in the gallery.
